Online search of the bibliographic archive
The OPAC offers access to the bibliographic archive within the Institute of Women's Library and/or Documentation Centre, allowing users to make bibliographic searches. usually, searches in the bibliographic archives are done by clicking on the "Assisted Search" option on the home page, having selected which archives you wish to consult from the drop-down menu. In the "General Search" window, the Help icon offers information on "Search Methodology" and "How to Search". Before selecting the "subject" field it is worth checking the "Women's Thesaurus" descriptive fields by opening the "subject description fields".
